They say red bull gives you wings, but what does a red dog give you? Red Dog is a great three card game at the online casino. The game is odd as it combines several classic casino games into one; including poker, baccarat and any high/low game. The game uses three cards for each round, and online casino fans are always playing against the house. To start the game the player, namely you, must place a wager (let's assume $5). Once a bet is placed the online casino dealer deals out two cards. If the cards are consecutive, i.e. 5 and 6, then it's a push. If the cards are a pair, as in two Aces, then a third card is drawn, if the third card makes a three of a kind the player wins 11:1 odds, any other card will make this hand a push as well. The scenario that happens most often at the online casino is that the two cards dealt are neither consecutive nor paired.

In this case odds are determined by the number of cards that are between the two dealt cards. That means that if the online casino deals a J and K, there is only one card between them and the odds are 5:1, two apart gives 4:1, three gives 2:1 and four and above is 1:1 odds. When the odds are determined the player can either call the hand or raise; raising will double the original bet, and in either case a third and final card is dealt. If this final card falls in between the two original cards, the player wins. In any other situation, including the third card matching one of the other two, the house wins.
